Our RCRS Aromatic Polyurethane binder is a single-component, moisture-cured product designed for driveways, torch-applied decks, vinyl decks, patios, walkways, pathways, and playgrounds. Built for long-lasting durability and strength, it may show a temporary amber or yellow tone within the first 24 hours of application, which gradually disappears. The VSS SL-Series is crafted with high-quality diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer, making it an ideal option for black or mostly black poured-in-place rubber surfacing.
The RCRS Aliphatic Polyurethane binder is also a single-component, moisture-cured solution, specially created for patios and walkways using lighter or non-black colours. Made with premium aliphatic polyurethane prepolymer, it provides exceptional strength, superior UV resistance, and unlike the aromatic binder, it does not develop ambering or yellow tones. This binder works well with all SBR and EPDM colour options, offering flexibility for different designs. As a premium-grade product, it delivers higher performance but comes at a greater cost per square foot compared to the aromatic option.
